My Students

My classroom is full of many different types of learners. This year we have several English language learners and students of various learning styles. They are all actively moving and striving to be on task. They enjoy sitting and standing in our classroom.

My students have come from all around the world, from many different and often difficult situations.

Our classroom instruction can move from learning letters to reading very quickly. We help students learn English while holding on and becoming literate in their own language as well. They hold the American Dream, but need the tools to make them successful.

My Project

We are looking for a bright colored rug to bring character to our classroom. It will be a place where our students can gather to hear a story, read together, or play a game in math centers.

This carpet will offer a bright and welcoming place for students.

They will love sitting on the primary colors and images, bringing an inviting place to sit and bring conversation to their lives.

Our classroom is a fun environment and adding a bright carpet will only make it a warmer, more primary place for our students. Students like to gather where they field comfortable and what a great option....a bright colored rug that is inviting.
