Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

The students in my class are awesome. Students of color in historically impoverished areas struggle to succeed in areas such as academics compared to their peers, and we seek to close this gap.

Every day I see the amazing potential that lies within my students.

They are eager to learn, they want to excel to be the best that they can be. They love to do research and find the how's and the why's. They are really some amazing students in my class.

My Project

The students in my class will benefit so much if they had technology such as chrome books. Everyday I see the incredible potential that lies with in my students, but we are in need of additional resources and technologies that will be that bridge for them to achieve higher learning. The easels will be used to display data, instruction and also for students to give their ideas and suggestions when we are collabrating in open discussion.

If we want our students to thrive in the future they must have the resources and the technology of the future to be able to become achievers.
