My Project

These workbooks that I am requesting will help my 8th-grade students learn mindfulness techniques and activities during our counseling sessions. This will empower them to better manage their stress and anxiety and help improve their executive functioning skills.

These workbooks will be used in our individual counseling sessions to guide my incredibly resilient students in learning ways to manage their emotions, social experiences, and stress.

When my students build these skills, they improve their self-esteem, behavior, relationships with others, and academic outcomes!

These workbooks will teach practical tools and exercises to find perspective, move through strong emotions, and navigate their relationships.
