Breathe Better

Help me give my students a dehumidifier to help with the mold and mildew problem in the media center.

My Students

I work in the library of a very diverse high school. My students range in age from 15-19 in grades 9-12. Students are allowed to use the library all day long with a pass. They have time to come in before school, during classes, and during lunch.

Here a WGHS, we want all students to have great air circulation and books with out mold.

WG Media Center will host students for research and other activities. We have an open policy with teacher permission of course.

My Project

My project is to get a dehumidifier for the media center. Our media center has a mold and mildew problem which is affecting the books and our overall environment.

Getting a dehumidifier would help in preserving the books for the students to be able to read.

It is also good for the overall air quality. Dealing with Covid, we need proper circulation in the media center.
