This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

On our grade level we have 42 amazing students who enter my classroom daily to learn about math and science. We explore math and science each day through the use of manipulatives and lots of hands on activities.

My students are excited about learning in the classroom when I incorporate gamification. When students are actively engaged and focused on the task at hand then learning becomes fun!

"BREAKOUT EDU requires 4 Cs Critical Thinking, Collaboration, Creativity, and Communication! The Breakout kit is a unique collection of re-settable locks and boxes that can be used to play immersive learning games."

Breakout EDU brings the 4 Cs alive!

My students enjoy solving math and science mysteries! Students are able to take the information obtained in classroom lessons and make it reality with Breakout games. We are currently using breakout games created by myself and my teammate, but this kit would allow for so much more! It will also give us access to online resources created by educators world wide!
