Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My students are amazing. Many of my students come from homes where everything they have is used or handed down. I want to be able to provide them with new, never used materials. I want to provide them with the comforts a home can give them with the classroom. It is my goal to make learning an adventure and an opportunity to explore all possibilities. Being able to provide them with flexible seating will allow them to experience the growth within education!
My Project
These materials will allow my students to step into the new age of classroom learning. This table and chair will allow my students to experience the new era in classroom innovation. Many of my students come from homes where the furniture and all their belongings are used or secondhand. I want to be able to provide my students with a learning environment that meets the needs of each individual student. My students are all very different learners. Providing a flexible classroom will allow them to flourish as students. Doing this, will help to put smiles on my students' faces along with the love of learning in a comfortable and inviting atmosphere and classroom. This will allow my students to relax and dive into learning!
