Help me give my students a promising future in the area of Engineering by nurturing their creative abilities to design, create and build projects using STEM manipulative. Having blocks, blueprints and magnets to design structures will be awesome!

There's a group of energetic, diverse, and aspiring first graders in SC who are excited about discovering their world with great expectations.
Each child in my classroom absolutely loves learning, although the method and environment in which they learn best vary greatly.
We incorporate a variety of learning strategies, group work, and alternative seating and learning options to ensure that each student's needs are met, right where they are! They are truly an incredible group, and I am so lucky and thankful to have a new group of learners that are excited and ready to learn each year!
My students come from various socioeconomic backgrounds and family structures. Many of the students are being raised by grandparents and single mothers/fathers which qualifies them for free or reduced-price lunch status.
My desire as their teacher is to provide the greatest educational experience possible! I want to create a learning environment that appeals to their sense of security and that is most conducive to academic and social productivity. I want to give my students every opportunity to be 21st century learners that engage in interactive meaningful lessons.
By exposing my students to STEM activities, and giving them opportunities to explore STEM-related concepts, they will develop a passion for it and hopefully pursue a job in a STEM field. Having very active and impulsive boys and girls in my classroom leads me to searching for innovative and creative ways to nurture their interest in engineering and math.
Having these hands-on activities, including blueprints with manipulative, magnetic kits for constructing and designing bridges will help my students learn problem-solving skills and instill creativity in them.
It will also allow them to make real world connections to structures in their community.
