My Students

My students come from a low income/high poverty community, some with limited English language skills, but they don't let anything stop them from achieving their goals! This amazing group of kids have the drive to succeed and break barriers, I just want the opportunity to help them make their dreams come true!

I hope to make learning more engaging and fun through alternative seating.

Some students simply have difficulty in a traditional seat, so why not give them the tools to be successful through a non-traditional seat? Anything that makes their day a little easier! Please consider donating to my students...they deserve to see that others believe in them as much as I do!

My Project

Balance ball seating is a great way for students to focus their energy in a healthy manner, all while maintaining a focus on learning. Balance balls allow that release of energy without the students even knowing! They are able to move and channel their energy all without even knowing and without being a disruption to the class.

Kids today really benefit to alternatives in their seating rather than just a stiff chair that the classroom provides.

In helping with this project, you will be helping the next generation achieve a positive learning environment through flexible seating in their language arts classroom.
