Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

My students are very bright and energetic. They come to school each day with a smile on their faces and an eagerness to learn. We start each day off with universal free breakfast in our classroom. This ensures students have an opportunity to start the day ready to learn! My students are like little sponges, they soak up so much!

My students have varied abilities and are truly unique individuals.

Each of them contributes their own special talent to our community.

My Project

These materials will allow my students access to online interactive learning with teacher support.

The Boom Cards can be loaded onto their devices and the teacher can customize to give immediate feedback to each student individually.

They will offer my students the opportunity for learning at home. It will teach them basic language and vocabulary as well as phonics and social skills. Most of the students are visual learners and the Boom cards are a great wat to hold the interest of each student. I will be able to customize learning to each student.
