This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students absolutely love to read books! They get pumped every time we get the chance to have independent reading time, because that is when they can check out books from our class library to take home. This excites them because they cannot take home books from the school's library. My class however has proven to me, with our used and donated books, that they are more than able to sign out books and return them in a timely fashion. I can't wait to share with them the beautiful set of brand new books, that they can check out as well.
