Books Will Take My Students on New Experiences

Help me give my students a new variety of books to reach all of their reading levels and interests. These new books will expand my students' worlds to places they may never get to experience.

My Students

187 individuals come through our classroom door each day, and every single one of them matters. They each deserve the highest education possible, the highest amount of care and love a school can give them and the highest amount of books at their fingertips.

My students are driven to practice and enhance their reading skills, learn new vocabulary and explore places only books can take them.

My students range from 2nd grade reading skills to mastered high school reading skills. Being able to reach all of their needs is a high priority of mine and theirs. They are incredible people who want to learn as much as possible in this short period of time in middle school.

My Project

Reading is a necessary skill that affects all areas of a child's education. When students come to me in middle school, many of them are starting to figure out what genres they like and it is important that I give them the variety of books they deserve.

I hope to provide my students with a wide range of books that will challenge them, entertain them, and open their eyes to new places, ideas and experiences.

I want them to love reading and to choose it during their down time. I want to be an advocate for their learning and having a wide variety of books will help us reach all of their needs and help them reach their highest potential.
