My Students

Kindergarten is the most amazing time for little minds! For many of my students it is their first school experience and I want to make sure that we make the most of it!! I am so lucky to have such a diverse, enthusiastic and curious group of kiddos. My class is made up of over 80% students of color with many different backgrounds that help us value each other and build heartwarming friendships. Help me help these kindergartens fall in love with school for the first time.

My Project

In Kindergarten, I introduce the love of learning to little minds. The right book can make all the difference in helping a kiddo understand that learning is fun!!

All of the books in my project will be treated with the most love and care as they help the students to discover and explore things they may have never experienced before.

I mean who doesn't want to learn about what people do with their teeth once they fall out all over the world (Book: Throw Your Tooth on the Roof: Tooth Traditions From Around the World by Selby B. Beeler)?

Personal space and having a safe body may not be taught in any kindergarten curriculum but, it is one of the most important things my students learn in kindergarten. Sit Spots will help my kiddos organize their bodies.

Technology is essential to​ help students be successful in their future and so is a good case! These iPad cases will be used to help keep our iPads safe and in working order.
