My Project

My students are awesome and love theater! They are working on duo scenes and monologues. They learn basic theater history and basic acting skills. At the end of the class, they must perform a monologue and they need choices to choose from. I am hoping to give them resources to be able to choose more contemporary work. My students love improvisation and pantomime. We do two shows a year and I am excited to expose them to more contemporary plays. We also study major playwrights, but some of these can be out of reach for my students.
