This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As a teacher, I strive to bring a variety of high-interest books into my students' hands. For Easter, I would like to increase the number of books that my students have to read at home. My students love to read and I would love to give them a new book to read at home.

Children who can read fluently will be more successful in school.

The book that I have chosen will appeal to all readers in my class. It is an engaging title that third graders will love. In addition, to end our Easter celebration I would like to add an Easter pencil as a reward for doing their best during the Pandemic. Thank you for your support!
