My students are an energetic and hardworking group of children who are motivated to do their best.
I teach an engaged and motivated kindergarten class.
My students are extremely sweet and deserve the best! Although we are an inner city school, I want my students to have access to the same materials, programs, and experiences that students in the suburbs have in their schools. My students come to school each day eager to read and learn! Please help these lovable little learners.
My Project
Creating a love for reading is my goal this school year. I want to build a classroom library stocked with books that can reach all different interests of my students.
I love to read to my students, but we do not have a large classroom library to select books from.
Reading aloud to my class brings me such joy. I am able to whisk my kiddos away to another place and time through the pages of the books like "Dragons Love Underpants".
I love to see my students find joy in books! When they fall in love with a book like "What Should Danny Do" and they flip through the pages over and over again, because they just can't get enough!
Help us fill our classroom with BOOKS! All types of books! SO we can create a classroom full of students who simply just love to read books!
