Help me give my students books, books, books. I have selected popular, engaging picture books for me to read and for students to reread. A lot of the books are to help students engage in the science core.

My Students

My students are creative, hardworking and thoughtful. They love to do hands-on, active, engaging projects. The students in my class work well together and enjoy helping each other learn. They come to school each day ready to try new things and continue to improve in what they already know. These students are my joy!

My Project

These books will help my students love reading. They are engaging and educational. A lot of the books will supplement our science lessons. The students will have an opportunity to choose from a variety of books on the science topic.

The read aloud picture books will help make reading fun and will be a great way to start discussions on social and emotional learning.

This will lead into writing down what they feel.

Books are for discovering. This is why we need so many. Having a large classroom library helps children get excited about the written word.
