My students need books to improve their reading in the classroom.

I am in major need of lower level books for my students. My students need these books in order to feel successful when reading for Accelerated Reader. They love AR, but often get frustrated when I do not have their level books in my classroom for them to read.
I teach approximately 42 third grade students.
There are two third grade classes that switch during the day. I am working on trying to get my students to develop a love for reading. Many of my students do not like to read because they get too frustrated when they do not understand the material. My school is Title 1 in the state of Alabama. I am trying to build my classroom library in attempt to help create a love for reading.
One way I get my students excited about reading is through Accelerated Reader. I motivate them to reach their goals each nine weeks. However, I am very strict on their reading levels. I like to challenge my students, but I do not like to frustrate them. I expect 80 percent or higher on each test. I am hoping this creates a love for reading. I do not have as many first and second grade books as I would like. They complain daily especially when our school library is closed. I get library books from our school library, but I would like to enrich my classroom library. They love getting new books.
This would help my classroom in so many ways.
My students need a variety of books to read. This would help my classroom become more of a literacy enriched classroom. I already spend most of my paycheck on my students, but books are important. I am hoping this changes my students' attitude towards reading. I want them to learn to love it.
