My Project

Our classroom library is in need of a refresh! Many of the books in our library have been passed down from previous teachers and have much wear and tear to them. Because there is not an actual library here in the school, I am hopeful that I can provide my students with a beautiful library in our classroom.

Watching students become confident readers, and enjoy reading, is a magical feeling!

Items in this project will be used in the classroom library to update our current library and make reading fun and exciting. The books in this project will be used to replace old and much dated books. At this age level, picture books are a must to help students create stories just by looking at the pictures. The lighting in this project will be used to give the students a fun and cozy atmosphere to dive into these new books. These books are of various genres, covering many different topics to pique each student's interest and motivate them to continue reading.
