Students who enter my classroom are bright, young individuals who come from a variety of backgrounds. My school has a very high percentage of students receiving free lunch. Many students in my school struggle to bring a pencil or paper to class. My school has a garden that students have the chance to work in.
I believe every student can be successful.
In my classroom, students are taught to work hard every day no matter what they are facing in life. I believe that every student is able to overcome and triumph. Many of my students rise to my expectations through their behavior and classwork.
The project I have posted includes many books, workbooks, and science content books. I would love add all of these books to my classroom. The workbooks will be added to my classroom for daily station activities. Students love to do stations, but many times creating stations can be time consuming. The workbooks would be used for stations or warm-ups for testing review.
Many of the books will be added to my science content library.
This is where students can go to answer questions they may have about a topic we are studying. These books will be a great resource for students to use.
I have also added a couple of fun free read books for middle school students. My classroom library needs a couple graphic novels added to it.
My students love to sit in a comfy spot and read as well. The stools will be used for students reading to the class or sharing work whole group. They may also be used small group with reading passages.
These stools would give my students that have a hard time focusing another outlet to use in the classroom.
The stools are also great for group work. The students would benefit greatly in my classroom from stools.
