Help me give my students the art supplies including paint, paint brushes, chalk, and colored pencils to allow for my students to complete book projects.
My students come to school to learn the essentials to become successful adults. They may come from Spanish-speaking homes or English-speaking homes, but each and every one of my students come to school to learn.
Our students strive to do the best they can, by challenging and pushing themselves to do well.
My students come from very diverse backgrounds, which makes our classroom the perfect place for debates, discussions, and hands-on activities. Diversity leads to different views on each topic we cover throughout the year.
My Project
In lieu of the simplistic book report, my students are engaging in a "Book Project" where their artistic ability is shining through.
The art supplies including the paint, paint brushes, chalk, and colored pencils will allow my students to complete the book project once they have finished reading the book.
Students will choose their favorite part of the book they have read and illustrate it whether via paint, chalk, or colored pencil, and will then present to the class.
My students are very creative and these supplies would help to bring out more of their creative side.
