My Project

My students are incredibly creative, curious and interested in reading and learning every day.

Putting books in students's hands is one of the most powerful ways to fuel life-long pursuit of further knowledge.

Having the books in the project will expand the possibilities for our grade-level's plans in the spring semester. We are excited about an ELA unit where students explore different versions of the story of Cinderella, and then use their narrative writing skills to create their own! The books in this project will also be used for a book study club, and support research projects during our studies of the Civil War.
