My Students

My Kindergartners are so much fun and energetic this year! They are growing and learning a small, tight knit, school community that makes me love my job even more everyday! They are mini inspirations to themselves and others around them, even if they don't know it yet. They have been little sponges this year and have made me so proud! They really are our future and I want to give them a great start to their long successful career in school.

My Project

My students are constantly working on activities that focus on the alphabet, letter recognition, and writing, as well as math manipulatives during reading and math time. Our students will use these materials to explore their ability through drawing, numbers, making letters and sounds, and then words! These activities will be used during Learning Center times throughout the day as we read and write while learning together. They will be able to use these manipulatives during our whole group and small group time, learning letters and sounds as they make words, numbers, and sets as we explore counting skills.Your generous donation to our project will improve our Kindergarten classroom by building a stronger reader and writer. This will change our students' lives for the better. They will love school and feel success at an early age --- having fun while learning!
