Help me give my students the opportunity to see people investing in their growth as students and young adults. Let’s put them on the path of being women and men that will pay it forward.
We live in a small, rural town without any industry, and not many activities for our kids, so I decided to step up and be the coach with the help of my husband and friends. We have a team and coaches but not much else. We created a boys soccer team last school year. This year we began coaching the girls’ team as well. We have a few balls, cones and uniforms and zero budget. We have already achieved community support, a team atmosphere and an 80 average in each class to be eligible to play. For these kids to see so many adults invested in them is reinforcing the goal of creating leaders and dreamers to rise to the top at an early age and continue to grow as an adult and a contributor to our society. All of our kids need a voice and a place they feel they belong. I feel that we are providing that with this soccer team they have chosen to be a part of. Thank you!

This training equipment will get them more engaged with learning their skills and help them to develop them fast and correctly.
After creating the boys’ soccer team we decided to coach the girls’ team as well after their coach resigned.
We are their outlet. We are the adults that will listen to them. Gaining their trust doesn't come easy. I remember the look in their eyes when we first came on the scene, they weren't too sure but since then they have seen that we are going to fight for them and with them to develop this team. The relief and trust are there and with that comes more investment in their teammates.
They are great examples of leaders and friends. Thanks to you this equipment will show the investment in their growth that will be a compounding factor in their lives that will only magnify as they grow.
