Help me give my students noise canceling headphones to allow them to block out distractions and access resources to increase comprehension.

Many of my students come to me from low-income families. Single parents are raising most of our students. Ten percent of my students live with a grandparent or a foster parent due to their parents being unfit. Most of my students receive free or reduced-price lunch. Throughout the year we are made aware of our homeless students. These students need extra care and attention.
I try to be an emotional support to as many of my students as I can.
I provide supplies to many of my students because they just don't have the money for school supplies. School supplies are a low priority when you are homeless and without other basic necessities. My students come to me without many of the skills they need for seventh grade. Around 60% of my students are below grade level. This is a result of many of them attending different schools throughout their education.
I am in a transient district, which adds to the struggles of the students who move around a lot. In order to catch my students up to grade level, I have to help them work on fluency and skills from lower grades.
There are many ways that my students can benefit from noise canceling headphones. These headphones can be used during a test when they are not even plugged into anything. Many of my students have trouble focusing, so if they can have something to block out the noise they have a better chance of staying on track.
My students have access to many online tools that can help them get information and have the text read to them.
There are videos that can assist them in solving math problems in different ways. These headphones would give them a way to listen to the text while they read it, which can boost their comprehension. The headphones can also give the students access to music, which helps with their focus and blocks out other distractions.
I have many students who cannot handle even the slightest distraction. If I can eliminate their ability to hear the distractions, then they will have more chances to focus and process information. Khan Academy has so many great videos and tutorials that my students can use to gain a better understanding of topics and this would allow them access to these videos.
