My Students

My kindergarten students are just beginning their educational journey. They are excited to learn and really enjoy hands-on experiences. They are from different backgrounds, but all come to school each day with a desire to experience new learning opportunities.

Kindergarten is an opportunity for my students to experience new things, such as learning the alphabet, learning letter sounds, learning to read, learning to count, and learning to add and subtract.

Despite their different backgrounds, my students are eager to come to school and work hard.

My Project

My students need Chromebooks to help them achieve individual goals. Technology provides my kindergarten students an opportunity to work independently at their own level. Technology can reinforce what has been taught in the classroom and can give young students a sense of independence while learning. Young students love the opportunity to use technology in the classroom and to work at their own pace. My class would love to use a Chromebook to reinforce letter sounds, reading skills, and math skills. A Chromebook would be a much appreciated addition to our classroom setting. My kindergarten students would love to practice new skills while using technology.
