Mr. Fagan from Atlanta GA is requesting reading nooks, desks & storage through DonorsChoose, the most trusted classroom funding site for teachers.
Help me give my students plastic storage bins that will teach them some much needed organizational skills. These bins will be put to great use and help our classroom remain organized.

My fifth grade students are the most imaginative and creative little human beings I've ever met! We have a variety of students from a variety of backgrounds. Our school is a Title I funded school that is nestled in the heart of Atlanta, a school with pride where learners are ready and eager to succeed.
Each child in my classroom absolutely loves learning, although the method and environment in which they learn best may vary.
We incorporate a variety of learning strategies, group work, and alternative seating and learning options to ensure that each student's individual academic needs are met.
The rolling storage carts will provide structure to our classroom as students will now have a place to keep all of their supplies and materials. Having an organized classroom will create the structure so many of my students desire. With this organization system in place students will be able to spend more of their time learning. Reading, writing and math are just the start of the things taught in school. Along with those are the life skills that are so important: how to be a friend, follow directions and be organized. The skill of organization is one lacking for my students since the resources they need are absent from our classroom. Help us develop these important habits to be successful in the classroom and the rest of our lives!
