Better Lighting

Help me give my students a better light source. We are in an older building and the overhead fluorescent lights cause headaches and terrible glare. With these light covers students will be better able to focus and learn.

My Project

I have thirty-two fifth graders and they are struggling to learn. They come from disadvantaged backgrounds and really want to learn. However, we've had bussing issues and they've had to walk to school. I'm pleased that they are still making the effort to attend school. If you would donate to our project we could fix the lighting issues within our classroom and make it easier to focus and learn.

Many of my students need glasses but due to family situations they are unable to purchase the glasses.

We use laptop computers daily and the fluorescent lighting causes glare and for my students to complain of headaches. Nobody learns at their optimum when they are in pain. If you would fund this project it would fix the lighting issue and make learning easier for my students.
