Help me give my students this safety equipment that we now need in order to be able to play our instruments. These bell covers help to limit the amount of aerosol that is released into the air.

My Students

My students attend a School of the Arts in Delaware. We are a magnet arts school with amazing arts programs as well as a commitment to teaching and learning through the arts in our core content classes. Our instrumental music program is comprised of 90 students in grades 5-8 who love the opportunities they are provided to play and perform.

My Project

Current studies suggest that to play an instrument safely, we must take many more safety precautions so that we limit the spread of Covid-19. One of these necessary precautions is using bell covers to limit the amount of aerosol released into the air. My students will be using these bell covers so that they can attend in-person band lessons and band rehearsals so that they may continue to learn and perform on their instrument in a safe manner. Please consider supporting these amazing young musicians at our School of the Arts.
