This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am the Behavior Tech at Desert Mirage High School. I am trying to set up an incentive based program to help our students succeed. I support and demonstrate appropriate techniques for reinforcing and providing Positive Behavior support to students. With the incentives we would be able to help our students succeed. Having something they can work towards will help the students be motivated to do good.

Some times a little treat will go a long way to help the students make the right choices and have a better day.
