My Students

My students are all in our program called Communication Behavior classrooms. My students all display different forms of communication, behavior, sensory, and social needs, typically with a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder.

The strengths and challenges are unique to every student and my goal is to provide them with the most appropriate resources and best education that I can!

We are a classroom of about 12 students with so many great personalities. Every one of my students and staff are each a perfect piece to the puzzle!

My Project

The Behavior Basics book program and curriculum will provide my autism class with structured lessons in behavior and social skills that incorporates books that we can read and discuss together. There is a book included for every lesson!

Behavior management is crucial to every classroom.

Without it, you cannot provide quality instruction in a safe and nurturing environment.

The Behavior Basics Bundle includes the behavior curriculum, data collection tools for writing meaningful IEP goals, and the book club. These three bundles together will be organized and ready to go for easy teacher set up and consistent lessons for the students to follow in order to generalize the skills they are learning.
