Help me give my students 2 laptops for their classroom to be able to access required information.

I teach Economics and American Government in a rural area that has a very high population of at risk students. I teach predominately 12th grade students who are in the last phase of their high school education. These students are creative, engaging and excited about the world they are about to enter into. I am actively teaching them to become involved citizens in their government and economy. These students wants to actively go out in the world and become involved in their government.
My desire is for these students to be equipped in every possible ways for the challenges that they will encounter as they seek their missions in life.
All of my students have a desire to learn about the economy and government that they will soon embark upon. However, our school budget does not allow for laptops in the classroom. We have a very small computer lab and access is virtually impossible with testing regulations. I want two laptops for my classroom. These laptops will allow my students to have access to current economic and government information. These students can access what the current monthly unemployment's rates are for the nation and their state. They can also look at the national debt and how it is growing. They get to look at Gross Domestic Product on a quarterly basis and can gauge what the overall GDP will look like
Next year is an election year and I would truly like my students to capture the essence of an election.
These computers would allow my students to determine what political party they really align with by doing the survey. They could also learn about all the candidates and their platforms. I plan debates every election year and it is very difficult with the lack of technology to prepare my students for these debates.
In conclusion, if awarded this grant, it would enrich and enhance my students in knowing about their government and economy. Today's students learn more if they are actively engaged in technology. I feel that if they had a hands on approach and could activate this information for themselves, it would make them future leaders of this great nation.
