My Project

Hello! This is my third year as director of choirs for Paso Robles High School. My students are extremely passionate about music and work very hard to grow as singers and community members.

As the choir program at PRHS continues to grow, we are finding that we need additional supplies to support our success.

We are often asked to perform in spaces that would be difficult for the audience to hear due to lack of acoustics or sound amplification. The condenser mics and speakers included on this project would allow us to perform more in our community. We can be self-sufficient with our sound needs and we can feel confident that our our work on our songs won't be diminished or ruined by an inadequate sound system.

Forte, our performance choir, is an after school class. Having the ability to be self-sufficient with water bottles and a filling station allows students to stay hydrated during rehearsal and miss less class time venturing around campus to find an available water filling station.

During many performances, our singers wear formal choir ensemble attire. This means that the proper storage and organization of our fitted garments is key to looking our best at performances. A rack with wheels allows us to take our garments to our performance site (we sing at the Cal Poly Performing Arts Center as well as Cuesta Performing Arts Center) while keeping them clean, organized and wrinkle-free.
