My Students

One of the most striking qualities about the students at our school is their resilience. In spite of the struggles they may face in their personal lives and academically they continue to come to school with a smile on their face, ready to take on the challenges of the day!

Our students are motivated, energetic, and inquisitive!

Each day they are eager for new opportunities to learn and grow together! No task is too hard if we tackle it together, one step at a time!

My Project

Our students crave a close connection to their teachers and their peers. Having a new rug, that will accommodate the entire class, will foster the closeness associated with that connection that all students need.

Let's get out of our seats and gather together, in a common space, to promote teamwork, socialization, and a love of learning!

Our whole group area is center stage for engaging lessons, restorative circles, and morning meetings.

In addition, a new rug will lift the overall moral of our class. Our current rug is old and no longer safe. Curled up edges and corners are a constant safety hazard.
