This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students really enjoy reading with a small group all together. Right now they currently do not have anywhere to sit except the rug as they read together.

With your support these bean bags can help them get together in the reading Nook that we have in our classroom.

Reading together motivates them and helps them enjoy some down time while they share their thoughts and ideas about the books they read. My students would love to have these bean bags where they can sit, relax and enjoy themselves as they casually read through books together.
