My Students

We are a very active learning class. We thrive on fun and engagement.

My students are all amazing little humans.

A majority of my students are visually impaired, deaf, have sensory needs, CP, and many other health impairments. One of them, in particular is musically gifted, so connecting this to his curriculum will open a new world of learning. They are so curious about life, I try to connect fun into everything we do. This exploration could change lives. I love them.

My Project

Many of my students are visually impaired and have multiple physical challenges to learning and acquiring curriculum. I believe we should be teaching children the best way they learn. By connecting physical movements with an outcome, my students will learn cause and effect, as well as connect this device to activities throughout the day.

I think this will open doors for student engagement in learning.

BEAMZ is something I learned about in a training, but unfortunately I cannot purchase it on my own. I believe this will encourage learning in a way that clicks with students who struggle with breakthroughs.
