My students are creative, diverse, engaged learners. They show interest in all parts of language learning, including its cultural aspects. Differentiated instruction is truly beneficial for my students. They love having the option to move around the room and explore the language through various activities and being able to integrate other disciplines.
My students really learn best and enjoy the lessons when the environment is active, welcoming, and engaging.
My students are excited to not only learn and improve their Spanish but to learn more about the culture from which many of them share. The excitement in their eyes as they learn and own their second language is priceless.
My Project
With so much negativity in the world, I want my students to spread as much positivity as possible while learning their new language.
The Cricut will help students become and create walking billboards of Positivity and Kindness for our school environment!
The Cricut Explore and supplies will allow my students to create t-shirts, bulletin boards, and projects with positive messages in Spanish.
Students will be able to decorate school doors and walls with positive quotes and uplifting words of encouragement in the new language they are learning.
It will also allow them to create their own t-shirt with uplifting words and help continue to spread positivity in our school.
I want to ensure that all my students enjoy learning Spanish by feeling successful, encouraged, and supported by our classroom community.
