Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My students are from around the world and come from many different backgrounds. Most of my students are on free and reduced lunch and are learning English as a second language. As a low-income district, my students are faced with challenges both in and out of the classroom. Despite what they go through each day, when they walk through that door they all strive to do their best. They have such a bright future ahead of them and they will do whatever it takes to succeed.
My Project
My students are individuals and they all learn in many different ways. Choosing where to sit is one way for them to express themselves and help them focus and work hard. My students come to school each day knowing they will grow, feel safe and loved.
By being able to gift them with flexible seating for our library and working areas they will continue to work hard and enjoy learning.
Every little amount helps them enjoy learning, enjoy growing and enjoy knowing their goals are being reached. Help our future succeed in a positive way with different types of flexible seating!
