My students need the chance to be the best they can be! They need basic equipment that will allow them to be successful. My students need batting tees!
I am the new baseball coach at Hardin Valley Academy. I have been so blessed to get the opportunity to teach these kids. My kids LOVE to work. They are always trying to get better. They come in and hit in our facility as often as they can. However, they do not have the proper equipment to be able to work. Our tees do not function. This prevents our students from being able to get the practice they need.
Tees are something that our players should be using every single day.
However, because we do not have the proper equipment, our players are not able to get the work in that they are needed to be successful.
I would like to add these new tees to our program so that our students can train and grow to become the best player they can be.
Our baseball players aren't the only ones using the tees. Here is a list of students who also use our tees: our middle school program, our local little league players (when we host camps), our softball team, and various alumni players.

My students must have the opportunity to grow and be successful when we practice at our facility. Right now we are not able to maximize our time. We have only one functioning tee. All of the other tees are broken. This prevents our players from being able to be successful and train.
We will be using tees EVERY single day.
This allows our students to get the reps they need to be the best they can be. To be successful in baseball you have to have muscle memory. You develop muscle memory by repetition. Right now we are not capable of doing this.
We will be using tees every single day before and during practice. Also, this will affect our other programs as they will be able to use this as well.
