This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My students are loving, caring and full of spirit. Even though my students come from low-income homes, they have the drive to achieve. My students are smart and engage in positive structure activities. These students want to succeed and become better scholars in the world. My scholars have wonderful dreams and just need the tools to reach them. My scholars want to become things like: doctors, teacher, basketball players. I love to see the smiles on my student's faces, ready to learn.
Our scholars are in need of basic materials such as: color paper, glue sticks, dry erase markers, and reusable write and wipe pockets.
Basics to learn is needed for my scholars.
Color paper is need to work on many project in school. With your help, students will be more engaged when their work is presented on colored paper. Colored paper will be used by student to make projects more engaging . These projects will have paper to make their work stand out and in wonder. Our students love and take pride in their work to take home to their parents. In order to make our projects we need things like glue.
Our students need glue sticks to make wonderful projects. We want to build a creative mind in our students. To piece together and make our project whole, is glue. without it, we will not be able to create art or do many school activities. Lastly, we need dry erase markers and reusable write and wipe pockets.
During the school year we go through lots of dry erase markers. Students practice their writing on dry boards. To practice students writing they need dry erase markers to do this. Also to practice many school work, we place work in reusable write and wipe pockets. We place students work in pockets so the students are get the hang of their work. So this is why my scholars are asking for our basics to learn. We want to grow and practice makes perfect.
