Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
I teach dual language in an inclusion program to serve children with both English and Spanish. My school serves low-income, high poverty students. 100% of our students receive free breakfast and lunch. Students are faced with several challenges both in and out of the classroom. My ultimate goal is to provide the best education and a safe learning environment for all of my students by supporting their everyday needs.
First graders love exploring and learning new things, they love using new technology and not to mention they love reading.
Preparing our students for the future is crucial for educational success.
Young minds need to be challenged, and no two students are the same. My students are all willing and ready to learn new things and enjoy sharing what they learned with family.
My Project
Please help me provide these necessary supplies such as cardstock, glue sticks, pencil grips, paint, brushes, light for trash can and rags to keep our tables clean after painting. These BASIC supplies for my very special SPED students will help them focus on learning as well as keep them engaged on the lesson at hand.
SPED students need constant supplies that change depending on their needs.
These supplies are crucial and will help ease the stress during the 2nd semester. We use card-stock every day for lessons and crafts. Please help my SPED students with these basic supplies to stock up and be ready for the second semester.
