Help me give my students the supplies they need for learning during the coronavirus pandemic. My students need supplies that can not be shared. A pencils sharpener, pencils, crayons, and glue are just the basics they need.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
The coronavirus pandemic has greatly affected my students and my ability to provide the instruction every child deserves. My students are from low income families and all receive free lunch. Many children are from single parent homes where their primary care giver works several jobs to make ends meet. My primary level students lack the resources needed for instruction.
Distance Learning was very difficult for teachers, but most of all, our precious children..
Children had no internet access, no technology and lacked basic necessities to learn from home. As a teacher I had to help my students in the most creative ways to make up for the lack of materials. Eventually, Wi-Fi hotspots were offered for free and chrome book computers were available, however few took advantage of the opportunity.
My Project
The future of education is so uncertain. Will we be in classrooms, using a hybrid model or distance learning? I want my students to have the basics they need to succeed in every situation we may have to adjust to. All of my families need the basic supplies for learning at home! Whether it be drawing to show math thinking or writing responses to a great story, they need supplies to learn.
Learning at home is stressful enough for families, basic supplies shouldn't be an added stressor.
First graders are so eager to learn. Please help make learning tools available to all of my scholars.
