My students consist of a wide range of ethnic backgrounds as well as learning abilities. They love to learn and are always excited to try new activities. I am teaching a mixed ability class this year who are up for the challenge.
"If a child cannot learn in the way we teach, we must teach in a way that the child can learn." - (unknown author)
All students receive free breakfast and lunch. We have a high diversity of cultural and ethnic backgrounds.
I need colorful Expo Markers for my students to learn with their dry erase boards. We are a busy first grade classroom. We use a lot of dry erase markers. We use Expo markers everyday and are always running low!
We need basic materials.
These materials always make a difference to a First grader. It is how we learn. Just using the basics. We will create stories and write with our Expo Markers in a rainbow of colors.
Even though Expo Markers are on the supply list most of what is sent in are black. We would love to have colorful markers to jazz things up!
