Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
I have the honor of teaching at Title I campus in the Northeast end of Houston. Although some of my students face challenges daily, they come to school eager to learn and I am eager to guide them to succeed!
Every day is filled with laughter, challenges and solutions to become life long learners.
My students work hard to succeed. Every day I try to teach my students that by working hard, you will have the life that you want!
My Project
Students need structure and organization. The items I am requesting are necessary to help keep a primary classroom running. The colored ink and laminating will be used daily in various activities my students will use. My students work in station daily to increase their reading and math skills.
These simple supplies help engage my primary classroom with structure and organization.
I will use the hanging and file folders along side the various storage containers to help teach responsibility. My students are learning to take care of community property during their learning. These containers help the clean up run smoothly and affectively.
