Help me give my students the basic supplies we need in our class. Our pencil sharpener is on its last leg! We need sharpies and markers to help us use our creativity to create awesome projects.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My diverse learners are passionate about their learning! We are in a low-income area where students find their sanctuary at our school. Many of my students end up at our school because a traditional school was not meeting their personalized needs. These students often have gifts that go undiscovered due to the lack of understanding of their needs.
I am always looking for ways to engage my students so that they develop a passion to be lifelong learners.
We work on more than just Language Arts and History in my classroom. We also learn how to be creative, innovative, as well as collaborators developing skills that will help them be successful in life. My students are the future and they are ready to take on what life throws them. This is not always easy due to the hardships they may be facing. But that is ok! We do hard things in Mrs. Regalado's class.
My Project
My students are active learners in Language Arts and History. We create projects working collaboratively to build skills we will need to be successful in our future careers. We will use these markers, bright papers, bright cardstock, and sharpies to create amazing work. We also need a new sharpener and pocket chart for our classroom. As you know supplies run out, markers dry up, and when these items run low we are limited in the projects we can create. My students do not have the means to donate these items to the classroom. This project will help them have the supplies they need to engage their creativity, bringing life to their Language Arts and History assignments.
