This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Students will occasionally be unable to live at home due to safety concerns. The abuse they face may be verbal, physical, mental, and/or beyond. When they're in these unsafe situations, the school can be the place they go for comfort, but they are often not able to bring the basic necessities that they need if they cannot go home.

Please help me be prepared with the supplies needed when a student doesn't have the necessities to survive.

These supplies will be kept in the class for emergencies when the need arises.
