Help me give my students basic school supplies such as journals, colored pencils, glue, paper, cardstock, etc. so they are able to create amazing school projects in every subject.
This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Students
My students are eager learners who love school. Can you believe that at the end of the school day most of them would rather stay at school longer? Crazy right?!
My classroom population consists of predominantly Black and Hispanic students with various economic backgrounds.
I have foster kids, students with a stay at home parents, some with no parent involvement, students who move in and out, students with two-parent homes, and some with grandparents as parents. Whatever their circumstances may be, they leave their challenges behind and come to school each day ready to learn.
I love my first graders, and I'm sure if you got the chance to meet them you would love them too. I hope you consider helping us and donate to our classroom.
Thank you so much for taking the time out to get to know us a little.
My Project
Basic school supplies allow my students to complete projects in every subject. We have upcoming projects in math, reading, science, health, and social studies.
First graders are often cutting, coloring, and gluing to make their masterpieces come to life.
As a result, we tend to find ourselves running low on basic school supplies such as glue sticks, colored paper, colored pencils, crayons, pencils, etc. We need your help to continue our learning and to make this year the best school year ever!
Please consider helping us replenish our supplies so that we are able to continue to create our amazing projects.
