Help me give my students the school supplies needed for successful at-home distant learning, such as adaptive scissors that will assist students with independently completing assignments.
My students come from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds. Some families struggle with providing basic necessities for learning such as pencils, crayons, scissors, and glue.
As we patiently wait on word of what school will look like in the fall, it is important to start thinking about what supplies the students will need whether they are at home, school, or a combination of both.
What we do know is that supplies cannot be shared during this time.
My Project
Please help me give my students learning supplies for either home distance learning, in school learning, or a combination of both due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
During this time of uncertainty, it is important that our students have access to basic learning supplies, such as pencils, crayons, and markers.
Right now, the majority of my students do not have their own basic supplies needed at home.
With your help, the students will each have their own toolkits of supplies needed either for learning from a distance and/or if they are physically in school as they will not be able to share materials. I know they will be very excited to use their very own school supplies.
