Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our classes are frequently hands-on classes. This means that students are working on projects or labs throughout the year. They are constantly using electronic devices such as glue guns, arduinos, computers, and charging devices for physics. The issue however is that there are too few outlets at the lab stations for students to effectively and safely operate these devices.

The surge protector in this project will help to manage our outlets in the lab area.

This will result in an increase in both safety and accessibility to power outlets. The dual shock gaming controller will be used in our Esports program after school. A donation to this project will help bring much-needed lab supplies to our classroom!
