My students come from diverse backgrounds all over the city of Indianapolis. They have chosen to be part of the International Baccalaureate, a rigorous and challenging curriculum aimed at creating more globally-thinking, open-minded, critical, empathetic scholars.
They are incredibly hard working both in the classroom and on the field.
Community, athletically and academically driven students is a difficult feat to pull off but these student-athletes do it remarkably well. Without a doubt they will go on to do great things as members of our society.
My Project
Baseball is a sport where the correct equipment makes a world of difference. Our students would benefit greatly from the correct baseball pants to show that they mean business on the baseball field.
These students already have the drive, the intelligence and the kindness to show who they are, but to truly compete on the high school level, they need the apparel to exceed past expectations.
They are ready and willing to put in the effort, now all they need is the gear to grow and accomplish what they have they waited their whole life for. Given the chance, these student-athletes will do amazing things.
