My Students

We are in need of some new music supplies for our classroom! All students love percussion! When learning the fundamentals of music we begin with the beat, followed by rhythm! Drumming is a brilliant way for our younger students to express themselves through music. We are in need of additional percussion instruments to engage every child. Through a curriculum that stresses creativity as well as the rigors of following the music map, our goal is to help every child appreciate music and other art forms at an early age.

These items will provide students with hands on experience creating and enjoying music!

Your donation will help us start to update our supplies and will impact each of our 175 students. Thank you in advance for your donations!

My Project

With these drums our Primary Students can explore the fundamentals of music through drumming. With the study of beat and rhythm at an early age students learn to love music through performance and ownership.

Drumming is a fun way to engage students and draw them into the enjoyment of performance by becoming the music makers.

With your donation you can provide students with a platform for self expression and the experience of performing with others as an ensemble. Planned activities for this group include community drumming and how cultures world wide use music and drumming throughout their lives, from birth to death, as part of their everyday lives as well as celebrations.
